Depending on the situation, we may process in particular your following personal data: identification data (name and surname, telephone number), address data (delivery address, billing address), identification data of your device (IP/MAC address), and contact details (telephone number, e-mail address).
1.2 EU Representative
In accordance with Article 27 of the GDPR, iVigee Digital, Inc. has designated iVigee Services, a.s., with its registered office at Hvezdova 1716/2b, Prague 4, 140 00, Czech Republic, as its representative in the European Union for matters relating to the processing of personal data under this Privacy Policy. Any data subject in the EU may contact our EU representative directly regarding these matters.
1.3. Form data, legal basis and international transfers
We process the personal data you provide (name, email, company) to deliver the newsletter and respond to enquiries you submit, based on your consent. iVigee Services a.s., Hvezdova 1716/2b, Prague 4, 140 00, Czech Republic, has been designated as our representative in the European Union for matters relating to this Privacy Policy, in accordance with Article 27 of the GDPR. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally approved safeguards to protect your data.

2.1. We hereby provide you with the following information regarding the processing of your personal data, which may be supplemented as necessary at the time you provide us with your data: the identity and contact details of us as the data controller or processor and our representative, if any; the purposes of processing and the legal basis; information about legitimate interests; recipients or categories of recipients; transfers to third countries or international organizations; storage period or criteria; your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability; the right to withdraw consent; the right to lodge a complaint; whether personal data provision is statutory or contractual; and information on automated decision-making, including profiling, where applicable.
3. Right of access to personal data
3.1. You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you are being processed and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and information about processing purposes, categories, recipients, retention periods, rights of rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, complaints, data sources, and automated decision-making including profiling. We will provide the first copy of the personal data processed free of charge. For further copies at your request, we may charge a reasonable fee related to administrative costs.
4. Right to rectification and erasure
4.1. You have the right to have us correct inaccurate personal data without undue delay and to complete incomplete data. You also have the right to have us erase personal data without undue delay where the data are no longer necessary, consent is withdrawn and no other legal reason applies, you successfully object to processing based on legitimate interests, another legal reason requires erasure, or processing was unlawful.
5. Right to restriction of processing of personal data
5.1. If you believe the personal data we process are incorrect, you may request restriction while their accuracy is verified and corrected. You also have this right where processing is unlawful but you do not want deletion; where we no longer need data but you need them for legal claims; or where you have objected to processing based on our legitimate interest until that interest is assessed.
